摘要: Abstract Purpose The arguments about whether posterior-substituting prostheses or cruciate-retaining are superior to the other after total knee arthroplasty never stop. This meta-analysis was conducted evaluate clinical effects of these two different designs. Methods study performed according guidelines described in Cochrane handbook for systematic reviews interventions. Methodological features were collected and extracted by reviewers independently. Results Nine randomized controlled trials with 1261 knees eligible pooled analysis. demonstrated there no statistical differences Knee Society Score, Hospital Special Surgery, Western Ontario McMaster Universities index, tibial component alignment, femoral posterior slope, joint line, incidence complications short-to medium-term follow-up ( p >0.01). Statistically difference postoperative range motion (WMD: 4.34°, 95% CI: 3.18° 5.50°) favor PS found between groups Conclusion findings indicate significant scores, radiological outcomes, types implants. ROM groups, but difference.
