Simultaneous Measurement of Complex Permittivity and Permeability in the Millimeter Region by a Frequency-Domain Technique

摘要: A frequency-domain techique based on the measurement of scattering parameters has been described for simultaneous complex permittivity ?* and permeability in millimeter region. The technique can be easily adapted broad-band measurements. Results are given teflon, plexiglas, fiberglass, FGM-40, a magnetic absorber X band. Reflection transmission error corrections implemented to improve accuracy.
