摘要: Abstract Objective Adipose tissue is an extra-thyroidal thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) target. Increases in lipolysis and expression release of interleukin-6 (IL-6) occur TSH-stimulated adipocytes, levels circulating free fatty acids IL-6 rise following TSH administration to patients with previous thyroidectomy radioablation for thyroid cancer. Our first objective was compare how stimulates protein kinase A (PKA) inhibitor κB (IκB) (IKK)-β. second investigate whether induces other cytokines besides IL-6. Methods stimulation either CHO cells expressing human receptor or abdominal subcutaneous differentiated adipocytes. Results Signaling studies showed increased NADPH oxidase activity, diphenyleneiodonium (oxidase inhibitor) N -acetyl cysteine (scavenger reactive oxygen species) reduced IKKβ phosphorylation. Phosphorylation C-δ, upstream regulator oxidase, by TSH, rottlerin (PKCδ upregulated monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) mRNA the MCP-1 H89 (PKA sc-514 (IKKβ each blocked release, suggesting PKA participate this pathway. Conclusions These data provide new information about signaling add evidence that a pro-inflammatory stimulus
