摘要: Cell cultures derived from nervous tissue have proven to be powerful tools for elucidating cellular and molecular mechanisms of system development function. In recent years, in vitro neural models been widely used the rapid screening large numbers chemicals drug candidates their potential activity. Neural stem progenitor cells rodents humans may offer more useful having advantages over primary neuronal and/or transformed cell lines, while choice such an approach will important aftereffects accuracy, predictivity, sensitivity assays. This article summarizes current status regarding models, based on both cells, discovery toxicity screening; provides researchers this field with examples how these utilized date; discusses advantages, limitations, knowledge gaps models. Furthermore, culture modes assay methods are also discussed. As a bridge gap between two-dimensional monolayer animal three-dimensional can improve process when being applied efficacy tests prior experiments.
