摘要: Characteristic vibrational signals are suggested to be exchanged between the sexes during spawning behavior in hime salmon (landlocked red salmon, Oncorhynchus nerka). To check whether lateral line is used detect and process these signals, we examined how Co2+, which known block mechano-electrical transduction detector, affects both response of male salmon. The results showed that Co2+ blocked towards vibrating model (Fig. 2) stimuli (Figs. 5, 6), if fish were forced swim water containing 1.0 mM for 1 1.5 h or longer presence 0.25 Ca2+. 0.1 had similar but weaker effects. These indicate from detected processed by system elicit behavior. first experimental evidences sense involved communicational fish.
