摘要: Background Men with isolated gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) deficiency typically present an absence of pubertal development. We describe adult-onset form idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism that develops after puberty. Methods studied 10 men (age, 27 to 57 years) normal sexual maturation, infertility, dysfunction, low serum testosterone concentrations, and apulsatile secretion luteinizing on frequent blood sampling.
