摘要: Sexual harassment at workplace has been a critical challenge for women, especially in the service sector due to odd working hours. Companies and Government on their part have taken up measures protect women employees but problem seems persistent. To address this, we designed regulatory solution based operant conditioning. Operant conditioning argues that people's behaviors are primarily controlled by consequences. It is therefore possible appeal ethics (Ethos), emotions (Pathos) logic (Logos) shape behavior preventing workplace.
