摘要: People living with rheumatic diseases frequently encounter cancer, either as a potential harm of antirheumatic therapies or comorbidity that alters the conversation about management. This article provides general overview issues related to cancer and disease serves springboard for remaining chapters in this issue. Several topics are reviewed, including epidemiology, bidirectional causal pathways, medications. Although uncertainties remain, issue is great importance patients diseases, an individualized, person-centered approach assessment management necessary.
