摘要: Historically, the phytoplankton community of Lake Kinneret, Israel, has been dominated by dinoflagellate Peridinium gatunense and other edible species that are important in lake's food web. However, major changes have occurred both external nutrient loading water column chemistry lake since mid-1980's. Epilimnetic particulate nitrogen: phosphorous (PN : PP) ratios declined, measurements seston suggest intensity seasonal nitrogen limitation increased. The also was altered 1994 1995 a lake-wide summer invasion nitrogen-fixing cyanobacterium Aphanizomenon ovalisporum. This abrupt change structure is consistent with development conditions increasingly N-deficiency P-sufficiency column, which should favor cyanobacterial dominance.
