摘要: Les Quantum Dots (QDs) sont des particules cristallines de semi-conducteur ou du metal forme spherique et dimension nanometrique. L'interet majeur QDs reside dans leur grande adaptabilite a nombreuses applications biologiques.Le but mon travail etait developper une nouvelle classe faible toxicite afin les utiliser pour la bio-imagerie cellules cancereuses. Pour cela, il est necessaire preparer sondes hydrosolubles, photostables, biocompatibles, luminescence elevee possedant toxicite. La synthese cœurs type ZnS and ZnSe dopes au manganese cuivre stabilises par l’acide 3-mercapropropionique le 1-thioglycerol ete realisee voie hydrothermale. techniques analytiques caracterisation utilisees spectroscopie UV-visible, fluorescence, diffraction rayons X (XRD), photoelectronique rayon (XPS), microscopie electronique transmission (TEM), diffusion dynamique lumiere DLS, infra-rouge (IR), resonance paraelectronique (RPE). determinee sur differents test cytotoxicite (MTT, XTT ferrous oxidation-xylenol orange) ont realises. Finalement, ZnS:Mn conjugues folique utilises cancereuses biais d’une excitation biphotonique
