摘要: Since the late sixties it has been increasingly accepted that haemodynamic factors are of importance in initiation and development atherosclerotic lesions, role blood flow dynamics as a localizing factor genesis atherosclerosis provided considerable impetus for investigation arterial phenomena during last two decades. Clinical observations have proven atherosclerosis, disease large medium size arteries, pattern which is local nature whereby regions branchings sharp curvatures sites enhanced predilection. From fluid dynamical point view these zones where highly disturbed. Because influence geometry on detailed characteristics focal its relationship to vessel provides indirect evidence disease. The vascular may be risk (Friedman et al., 1983, Nerem, 1984), one could genetically passed from generation next, thus, part family history human being.
