摘要: Household air pollution has been associated as a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess expression vascular inflammation regulators miR-126 and miR-155 in plasma from women that cook with wood liquid petroleum gas (LPG). A cumulative index exposure smoke (CIES) estimated, urinary 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) levels were quantified miRNAs determined by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Biochemical clinical parameters also evaluated. The average values CIES 1-OHP 140 ± 86.8 hours-years (12.0-270 hours-years) 0.52 ± 0.45 µmol/mol creatinine, respectively. significantly higher (p < 0.01) users compared LPG users. Besides, we found significant association between concentrations. These results contribute current evidence about related biomass exposure, an epigenetic level.
