摘要: Abstract The effects of moderate amounts different alcoholic beverages on oxidative stress and nutritional parameters were investigated in 40 healthy subjects. Ethanol 40 g/day was administered at the two main meals for 30 days by beer (group A), wine B) or spirit C); controls D) maintaned abstinence. Malondyaldeide (MDA), adenosine-triphosphate (ATP), reduced-glutathione (GSH), E-vitamin status evaluated start (T0) end (T1) study. At T1 did not present significant changes assessed parameters, while a increase malondyaldeide (MDA) decrease group A, B C ATP observed. Fat mass (FM) increased slightly A decreased C. antioxidant lipoperoxidation parameters. However some these appeared attenuated when ethanol consumed wine. Finally, short-term intake to influence FM, although it able significantly affect body composition.
