摘要: Ca 2+ Release Restitution. New information has recently been obtained along two essentially parallel lines of research: investigations into the fundamental mechanisms -induced release (CICR) in heart cells, and analyses factors that control development unstable rhythms such as repolariza-tion alternans. These research are starting to converge we can begin understand potentially arrhythmogenic cardiac dynamics terms underlying governing not only membrane depolarization repolarization but also complex bidirectional interactions between electrical signaling cells. In this brief review, discuss progress made understanding beat-to-beat regulation attempt place these results within a larger context. particular, may contribute speculate about how instability CICR arrhythmias under pathological conditions.
