摘要: The paper aims at analyzing the least squares ranking method for generalized tournaments with possible missing and multiple paired comparisons. bilateral relationships may reflect outcomes of a sport competition, product comparisons, or evaluation political candidates policies. It is shown that rating vector can be obtained as limit point an iterative process based on scores in almost all cases. calculation interpreted undirected graph loops attached to some nodes, revealing procedure takes into account not only given object’s results but also strength objects compared it. We explore connection between this another defined nodes digraph, positional power measure. decomposition solution offers number ways modify method.
