Exploring the Financial Leakages in the Classified Hotels in Jordan: A Managerial Perspective

摘要: ABSTRACTThe study aimed to provide a better understanding of financial leakages in sample classified hotels Jordan terms its reasons, channels, and potential ways reduce it from hotel managers’ perspective. Eighteen semistructured interviews were conducted with managers. The results showed high level awareness regarding by Furthermore, the main reasons for included: cost energy, need import products not produced locally, lack sustainability practices. channels were: importing furniture electronics, human resources, food beverages Jordan. study’s suggestions are leakages, especially energy consumption, increase trust local products.
