摘要: RNA interference (RNAi) in tissue culture cells has emerged as an excellent methodology for identifying gene functions systematically and unbiased manner. Here, we describe how RNAi high-throughput screening (HTS) Drosophila are currently being performed emphasize the strengths weaknesses of approach. Further, to demonstrate versatility technology, provide examples various applications method problems signal transduction cell developmental biology. Finally, discuss emerging technological advances that will extend RNAi-based methods.
