摘要: A method for diagnosing, or differentially an increased risk of pre-term birth (PTB) involves detecting measuring expression a biomarker Soluble E-cadherin (SE-CAD) in biological sample from mammalian subject, particularly the urine, cervicovaginal fluid blood. An level SE-CAD above same healthy subject is indication diagnosis PTB. Such may further involve identify other clinical symptoms PTB PTL. Additionally use additional biomarkers, such as fetal fibronectin.
