摘要: The present invention relates to improved methods for delivering bioadhesive, bioresorbable, anti-adhesion compositions. Antiadhesion compositions can be made of intermacromolecular complexes carboxyl-containing polysaccharides, polyethers, polyacids, polyalkylene oxides, multivalent cations and/or polycations. polymers are associated with each other, and then used as fluids, gels or foams. By providing a product bag, the delivered sprays. dissolving propellant gases in compositions, materials foams, which have decreased density, therefore adhere surfaces that previously been difficult coat antiadhesion gels. Delivery systems also provide mechanisms expelling more product, directing flow leaving delivery system. Bioresorbable, anti-adhesion, hemostatic useful surgery prevent formation reformation post-surgical adhesions. biological physical properties such varied needed by carefully adjusting pH cation content polymer casting solutions, polyacid composition, oxide selecting solids composition. may lubricate tissues medical instruments, deliver drugs surgical site release them locally.
