摘要: The present invention relates to fusion proteins and their use in enzymatic treatment of Alzheimer's disease patients. Said protein comprises a component that cleaves the amyloid beta (Ab) peptide e.g. neprilysin, insulin degrading enzyme (IDE) , another modulates half-life plasma Fc portion IgG or PEG; third connects first two components.
