摘要: This paper describes computational techniques for computing risk associated with voltage insecurity, where is assessed as the product of probability and consequence under-voltage collapse. In contrast to deterministic assessment security, our approach directly accounts uncertainties in analysis. An operational provided that uses continuation power flow methods. addition, a planning described which utilizes an interior point optimization method identify maximum loading conditions over sequential trajectory operating conditions. Analysis IEEE Reliability Test System illustrates results are obtained from approaches.
