摘要: Since 1969, there has been an increasing awareness of the potential value physical activity as a means reducing morbidity and mortality associated with many chronic diseases, such cardiorespiratory obesity diabetes mellitus (Paffenbarger et al., 1986; Garrow, Holloszy 1986). This increased participation in variety activities ranging from recreational pursuits to competitive athletics children, adolescents adults. Many participants are concerned role that nutrition may play development maintenance performance. Unfortunately, authoritative information about nutritional demands training is not readily available.
