摘要: The most widespread approach to rehabilitation of cervical dystonia is electromyographic (EMG) biofeedback. However, consensus lacking regarding the true effectiveness this technique. aim study was evaluate how influenced by two rehabilitative treatments, namely a standard biofeedback program and novel physiotherapy consisting postural reeducation exercises passive elongation myofascial structures. Both programs were consecutively administered 4 patients with dystonia. design behavioral analysis single cases. main outcome measures head realignment test, disability questionnaire pain visual analogue scale (VAS). Each patient's performance evaluated before after first second program. Furthermore, VAS 3, 6, 9 months end treatments. showed therapeutic effects comparable those EMG Reductions still present 3-9 These preliminary results suggest that proposed in may be promising method for
