摘要: The combination of H-1 NMR spectroscopy and multivariate statistical analysis has become a promising method for the discrimination food origins. In this paper, been successfully employed to analyze 70 Chinese honey samples from eight botanic origins, three geographical five production dates. Thirty-three components in were detected identified their spectra, 20 them accurately quantified by comparing integral area with that internal standards relaxation time correction. Nontargeted principal component (PCA) applied distinguish honeys different botanical variations honeys, including saccharides all kind amino organic carboxylic acids, confirmed clustering according origins PCA scores plots. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant (OPLS-DA) based on data pairwise allows identify compositional contributed storage time. Hence, coupled chemometric techniques offers an efficient tool quality control honey, it could further serve classification, qualitative quantitative other foods.
