摘要: A Business Intelligence (BI) system is a technology that provides significant business value by improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making. In an uncertain and highly competitive environment, strategic information systems such as these easily recognised. High adoption rates investment in BI software services suggest are principal provider decision support current marketplace. Most investments screened using some form evaluation process or technique. The benefits traditional techniques have difficulty identifying soft, intangible often provided BI. This paper, forming first part larger research project, aims to review address benefits, presents issues relating industry, suggests agenda advance what presently limited body knowledge benefits.
