摘要: One kind of medical images that has been developed in the last decades is thermal images. These are assessed by infrared cameras and have shown an exponential development recent years. In this sense, aim study was to describe possibilities thermography usage neurologic practice. It performed a systematic review Web Knowledge (Thompson Reuters), set all databases which used two combination keywords as “topic”: “thermography” “neurology”; “neurologic”. The chronological period defined from 2000 2014 (the least 15 years). Among studies included review, only seven were with experimental design. few bring daily tool clinical However, these suggested good results. analyzed patent showed authors consider diagnostic they recommend its usage. can be concluded already monitoring patients neuropathies, particularly complex regional pain syndrome, stroke. And yet, great potential for future research about application diagnosis other diseases neurological origin.
