摘要: This study advocates strongly for clear differentiation and synthesis of descriptive normative approaches in management education. There is a certain isolation theoretical frameworks presented courses. Normative explain how organizations should be managed, while show they actually are managed. Significant portions what we teach the business curriculum predominantly descriptive; other parts mostly normative, or prescriptive. If these domains not sufficiently connected, relevance both diminishes. When one piece material explains only current reality without providing tools to improve it, another prescribes steps improvement that grounded particular context, students lose interest both. The paper presents various modes integration between two realms pertinent ways recalibrate
