Different Responses to Stress, Health Practices, and Self-Care during COVID-19 Lockdown: A Stratified Analysis.

摘要: The aim of the present cross-sectional study was to analyze differential impact first COVID-19 lockdown (3 April 2020) on stress, health practices, and self-care activities across different Hispanic countries, age range, gender groups. One thousand eighty-two participants from Spain, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador took part in this study. Irrespective country, controlling for income level, young people, especially females, suffered a greater level perceived situation as more severe, showed less adherence guidelines, reported lower levels consciousness, comparison their male peers older However, case self-care, it seems that female groups are generally involved adopt healthy daily routines. These results mostly similar between Ecuador, Spain. Chile some tendencies, males higher routines better guidelines compared females people over 60. Differences genders, ranges should be considered order improve recommendations guidelines. Moreover, developing community action intersectoral strategies with gender-based approach could help reduce inequalities increase success people's self-care-promoting interventions. Future studies addressed explore possible causations such differences cultural-distant samples at later stages current outbreak.
