True ‘gravitational lens’ effect for cylindrical deflectors

摘要: We show that gravitational light deflection is truly equivalent to the optical effect of a prism and thin diverging lens when massive deflector has cylindrical symmetry. then investigate possibility cosmological measurements analogous those proposed by Refsdal in spherically-symmetric case.
