摘要: A biotyping system for Staphylococcus aureus strains is proposed which a simplified version of procedures described in the literature. It differentiates Staph. from man and animals into host-specific ecovars biotypes are not host-specific. With help tests beta-haemolysin, staphylokinase , coagulation bovine plasma crystal-violet reaction, origin many but all can be determined: 604 809 man, poultry, cattle, pigs, goats, rabbits foods could alloted to four typically associated with sheep goats cattle. The other belonged five non-host specific biotypes.
