Densiftcation and dielectric properties of hydrothermal BaTiO3 with different sources of Bi2O3

摘要: Abstract Recently we have shown the possibility of preparing highly dense BaTiO3 ceramic by sintering hydrothermally prepared with small amount Bi2O3 at 850°C. The powder compacts sintered to about 94% theoretical density when 5wt% was used as aid. In this paper, effect Bismuth addition in form and Bi-solution on characteristics, microstructural evolution, resultant dielectric properties hydrothermal is discussed. From study, three sets ceramics 3wt% equivalent oxide were between 750–1000°C. Two densities >90% an average grain size <0.2μm. K vs. T plots these shows a broad maximum around 110°C.
