摘要: We report on an indium-free and cost-effective Cu2O/Cu/Cu2O multilayer mesh electrode grown by room temperature roll-to-roll sputtering as a viable alternative to ITO electrodes for the production of large-area flexible touch screen panels (TSPs). By using low resistivity metallic Cu interlayer patterned structure, we obtained with sheet resistance 15.1 Ohm/square high optical transmittance 89% well good mechanical flexibility. Outer/inner bending test results showed that had flexibility superior conventional films. Using diamond-patterned electrodes, successfully demonstrated TSPS film-film type rigid glass-film-film TSPs. The TSPs were used perform zoom in/out functions multi-touch writing, indicating these are promising cost-efficient transparent substitute in
