摘要: Quantification of the plasma phospholipids composition in children with different stages type 1 diabetes was performed using HPLC/MS electrospray ionization. Reliable (p < 0.05) changes concentrations both general phospholipid classes and individual molecular species were revealed. It found that, regardless disease duration, concentration lysophosphatidylcholine reduced. The other remained virtually unaffected. Quantitative profiling showed that phosphatidylcholine (16: 0/16: 0, 16: 0/18: 18: 2/20: 4) phosphatidylethanolamine 0/22: 6) significantly increased those (18: 2, 2/18: 2) sphingomyelin (14: 0/S18: 1, 15: 22: 2/S18: 24: 0) reduced at early diabetes. A similar dynamics observed for 0/20: 4 plasmalogen 4, namely, an increase containing arachidonic acid normalization prolong disease.
