摘要: We present an analysis of the Kondo effect on Bohm-Aharonov oscillations tunneling currents in a mesoscopic ring with quantum dot inserted one its arms. The system is described by Anderson-impurity tight-binding Hamiltonian where electron-electron interaction restricted to dot. are obtained using nonequilibrium Green functions calculated through cumulant diagrammatic expansion chain approximation. It shown that at low temperature, even out resonance, peak provides channel for electron tunnel dot, giving rise current. At high temperature these important only if level aligned Fermi level, when resonance condition satisfied. {copyright} {ital 1997} American Physical Society}
