摘要: A mechanistic kinetic model based on the concept of free radical polymerization and corrected for diffusion controlled reactions was used to describe curing behavior an unsaturated polyester resin. Kinetic parameters were obtained from dynamic differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) scans using a multiple regression technique. The presence kaolinite or fiber glass in system does not affect progression reaction. results studies simulate influence composition temperature conversion profiles inside pultrusion die. simulations show that act as heat sinks composite reducing peak exotherm delaying progression.
