摘要: An account is given of the river terrace succession in Middle Thames area between Bourne End and Reading. Evidence put forward to show that established by Professor F.K. Hare Slough-Beaconsfield country can be traced upstream. The contrast incised valley Henley Loop wider spread relics Caversham-Henley district noted. Finally, attention directed abandonment old Caversham channel associated drainage changes its tributaries.
