摘要: AbstractDiffusion induced grain boundary migration (DIGM) is a phenomenon in which the sideways of boundaries accompanies diffusion solute along them. This results deposition in, or its removal from, matrix through sweep. In this review, detailed phenomenology DIGM described, and theories have been proposed to explain it are compared critically with itself. The potential uses engineering properties materials discussed.
