Quantification of Two-Dimensional Glenohumeral Rhythm in Persons With and Without Symptoms of Shoulder Impingement

摘要: A repeated-measures design was used to assess glenohumeral rhythm in 10 patients with shoulder impingement and pain-free persons the effects of subacromial injection on within group. Scapular-plane anterior-to-posterior x-rays scapula humerus were obtained at 5 angles arm elevation (resting, 30 degrees, 60 90 120 degrees). For group, repeated after (10 mL 1% lidocaine). No significant differences found between control groups across all arm-elevation angles.
