摘要: Abstract : This Coastal Engineering Technical Note (CETN) discusses the steps required for developing a sediment budget in coastal reaches that include inlets. The types of data sets and analysis procedures useful formulating budgets are addressed, as well methodology incorporation both quantitative qualitative data. A sediment-budget inlets adjacent beaches is presented, its application illustrated through an example. (September 1999) revision supercedes previous CETN contains recent developments from Inlets Research Program. expands along coasts inlets, additional notation terminology introduced.
