摘要: Recent studies involving connectome analysis including graph theory have yielded potential biomarkers for mental disorders. In this study, we aimed to investigate the differences of resting-state network between patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD) and healthy controls (HCs), as well distinguish individual subjects using topological properties. total, 42 SAD same number HCs underwent resting functional MRI, organization whole-brain was calculated theory. Compared controls, showed a decrease in 49 positive connections. analysis, an increase area under curve (AUC) global shortest path length (Lp) AUC clustering coefficient (Cp). Furthermore, AUCs Lp Cp were used effectively discriminate from high accuracy. This study revealed that neural networks changes characteristics, these prominent not only both groups but also at level. provides new perspective identification SAD.
