摘要: With finite resources and an extensive road network to maintain, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) personnel must select the roadways receive rehabilitation preventive maintenance (PM) treatments as well PM methods that are structurally sound, capable being opened traffic quickly, straightforward construction and, most importantly, minimize associated costs.
