摘要: Abstract Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare, highly malignant neuroendocrine cutaneous tumor. It most commonly located in the head and neck area following by extremities has high propensity to invade local lymphatics. We present rare case of intramuscular leg focusing on MR imaging findings. The mass had intermediate signal intensity T1-weighted images, T2-weighted images showed strong heterogeneous contrast enhancement after administration paramagnetic agent. Linear strikes were radiating subcutaneous fat. Histopathologic study revealed an undifferentiated monomorphic cellular (Merkel carcinoma). differential diagnosis based findings discussed.
