摘要: This study compares the histological changes occurring after argon laser and dye (operating at 577 nm) treatment of normal human skin. The initial effect is a diffuse nonspecific epidermal upper dermal necrosis with subsequent cell death neutrophilic response 48 hr. These occur 15 joules/cm2 their extent closely correlates energy applied. In sharp contrast, immediate erythrocyte aggregation, vessel rupture, hemorrhage. At hr, there pattern acute vasculitis in dermis prominent perivascular mid-dermis. Focal does but relatively minimal, while skin appendages collagen are preserved. to produce these alterations small, approximately 3 J/cm2. Thus, nm can selectively damage cutaneous vascular plexus may provide basis for lesions.
