摘要: We propose a level set method-based framework for the conceptual design of compliant mechanisms. In this method, mechanism problem is recast as an infinite dimensional optimization problem, where variable geometric shape and goal to find suitable in admissible space so that objective functional can reach minimum. The represented zero one-higher function, dynamic variations are governed by Hamilton-Jacobi partial differential equation. application methods endows process with particular quality topological changes boundary, such merging or splitting, be handled natural fashion. By making connection between velocity field equation gradient functional, we go further transform into finding steady-state solution Besides above-mentioned methodological issues, some numerical examples together prototypes presented validate performance method.
