摘要: Recompression using oxygen is the accepted treatment for decompression injury. As early as 1877 Paul Bert stated that recompression optimal problems (2). He also pointed out this was very effective getting rid of gas from vascular system but much less against paralysis and serious types sickness. A list some treatments are used presently shown in Table 1. They vary quite significantly both pressure content, going 190 kPa (9 msw,30 fsw) on air to 780 (68 msw, 204 nitrox. Treatments depth relief or saturation tables used. Even if there considerable clinical experience with other procedures than standard US Navy 6 (280 oxygen), really little published data support use treatments. However, it probably true available evidence suggests at depths shallower 60 feet runs risk failure deeper offers no particular benefit majority cases (23).
