摘要: The present study deals with the enzymatic synthesis of alkyl esters emollient properties by a sequential hydrolysis/esterification process (hydroesterification) using unrefined macaw palm oil from pulp seeds (MPPO) as feedstock. Crude extract dormant castor bean was used biocatalyst in production free fatty acids (FFA) hydrolysis MPPO. Esterification purified FFA several alcohols heptane medium catalyzed immobilized Thermomyces lanuginosus lipase (TLL) on poly-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) particles. Under optimal experimental conditions (mass ratio oil:buffer 35 % m/m, reaction temperature °C, concentration 6 and stirring speed 1,000 rpm), complete MPPO reached after 110 min reaction. Maximum ester conversion percentage 92.4 ± 0.4 hexanol acyl acceptor at 750 mM each reactant 15 retained full activity eight successive cycles esterification These results show that proposed is promising strategy for industrial interest oil, an attractive option Brazilian oleochemical industry.
