摘要: Explosive phenomenae in white dwarfs are commonly associated with Type Ia Supernovae or to Novae. Closely related the events but far less studied is collapse of a massive dwarf neutron star structure induced by electron captures. Such quiet mechanism formation stars has been invoked explain origin of, at least, fraction low-mass X-ray sources and millisecond pulsars (van den Heuvel & Habets 1985). There several possibilities reach optimal point trigger implosion. The most explored scenario involves those which develop degenerate core made Oxygen, Neon Magnesium during Carbon burning stage then become dense enough avoid explosion once Oxygen ignited when central density as high 9 109g.cm-3 (Gutierrez et al. 1996, references therein). Another possibility suppose that composed (C-O), mass 1 – 1.1 M⊙ manages rise its accretion low rate, until it reaches conditions appropiate for explosive carbon ignition again close 1010g.cm-3 (Hernanz 1988).
