摘要: A 14 kb deletion in the promoter region of a BRCA1 gene has been found kindred which had earlier linked to BRCA1. This is apparently result unequal crossing over between two Alu repeats, one 5' upstream start coding and second within intron 2. The results exons 1a, 1b 2 being deleted from with that cannot be transcribed.
