摘要: Seven cases of ovarian dysgerminoma are presented and the recent literature reviewed. The majority reviewed had tumor confined to one ovary at time diagnosis, nearly 50% occurred in women less than 20 years age. 5-year survival rate was 91% for 211 patients with stage I disease 65% 60 II IV dysgerminoma. addition contralateral adnexectomy, abdominal hysterectomy, radiation therapy not beneficial when ovary. advanced treated chemotherapy comparable that who received radiation. Analysis present data suggests use unilateral oophorectomy should be limited those no histologic evidence lymph node metastasis. Abdominal bilateral adjuvant is currently treatment choice more
