摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common cancers and a leading cause mortality worldwide. Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are nano-sized containing variety bioactive molecules, such as nucleic acids, proteins, lipids, metabolites. Recent evidence from CRC has revealed that sEVs contribute to tumorigenesis, progression, drug resistance, serve tool for "liquid biopsy" delivery system therapy. In this review, we summarize information about roles in proliferation, invasion, migration, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, formation premetastatic niche, resistance elucidate mechanisms governing identify novel targets therapy prognostic diagnostic biomarkers.
